I have an older Viper 300 esp alarm in my car from years back and it works fine but lately whenever I start my car up the thing beeps 3 times for a total of about 5 times then it’s fine. The beep is coming from the actual alarm unit and not the horn of the unit so I find it strange this is happening. I checked all the fuses and they seem fine and the alarm engages and disengages like it’s supposed to. Any ideas?

We have been looking at cars and have finally decided on a particular model, but now we have to decide on options packages.
